Dr. Amber Atwater, Director of the Duke Dermatology Contact Dermatitis Clinic, has received many rewards for her achievement in the field. 

Our dermatology faculty had an eventful time at the American Academy of Dermatology meeting that took place March 3-7, 2017 in Orlando, FL.

Our first-year resident, Diana Norton, received the best resident presentation at the Annual North Carolina Dermatology Association Meeting.  Her talk was titled, "Malignancy associated with lymphomatoid paulosis."

We would like to congratulate two of our faculty members for their achievements., Dr. Sarah Myers and Dr. Erin Lesesky.

Our second year resident, Dr. Marilia Oliveira, was awarded the 2016 Resident and Fellow Grant to participate in the Cosmetic Surgery Forum that was held in Las Vegas November 30th - December 3rd.

We at Dermatology congratulate two of our faculty members on their achievements and promotions, Dr. Terry Lechler and Dr. Caroline Rao.

Our very own Dr. Russell Hall has received the 2017 Medical Dermatology Society Lifetime Achievement Award. This award confirms the high regard that medical dermatologists have for him.

Many came out to our 4th Annual Pinnell Center Symposium that took place on October 28th. Speakers from across the Medical Center and beyond presented their current work to faculty members, staff, postdocs, and medical students.

Dermatology had three new clinicians join us this year: Tarannum Jaleel, MD, Lynn McKinley-Grant, MD, and Dr. McKinley-Grant.
