General dermatology, immunodermatology, skin of color, contact dermatitis, increasing access to care for underserved populations.

Why did you choose Duke for residency training?

I chose Duke for residency training because it is a strong academic program and has a diverse patient population. The faculty and residents at Duke are personable, caring, and always willing to teach. The program is very well rounded, with strong leadership and mentorship in clinical and research interests. As a resident you will be able to work with a broad demographic of patients at multiple facilities such as Duke Hospital, VA Hospital, Lincoln Community Health Center and other private practice settings. Overall Duke fosters a culture of collaboration and collegiality making it an amazing place to work.
