Why did you choose Duke for residency training?

On interview day, Duke's dermatology faculty made me feel incredibly welcomed and made me feel as if I was a part of the Duke family. Additionally, what excited me about Duke is the unique clinical educator pathway which appealed strongly to my medical education interests. Finally, I was impressed by the fact that Duke is a program that not only cares about Diversity but proves it through their recruitment of a diverse cohort of residents and faculties and through their commitment to initiatives that support diversity, equity and inclusion! It's an honor to be able to train at my dream institution!
