La’Vonne Lancaster and Caitlin Melvin are the November 2025 recipients of the Streicher Service Award. The award is given to members of the staff that demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional service to Duke Dermatology Patients, Providers, and Support Team.
La’Vonne Lancaster is a Health Center Administrator at Duke South Durham. Caitlin Melvin is a Nurse Manager at Patterson Place.
Award recipients are selected twice a year. The award will be presented again in July 2026.
