Dr. Sravya Bhatia, second year resident, has been selected to participate in the Feagin Leadership Program during the 2021-2022 academic year. As a Feagin scholar, Dr. Bhatia will attend leadership sessions and work with other scholars on a project focused on leadership development in medicine. The program also offers participants individual coaching, monthly team meetings, and attendance to the Feagin Forum. Created in 2008 the Feagin Leadership Program benefits leadership education within the Duke medical community.
